Our vision, to be the partner of choice by enabling our more than 600 employees to provide superior customer experiences, efficiencies, and strategic alignments, is what we aspire to be and what we use to drive decisions and goals for our organization.
We are proud to serve more than 5,000 members and 15,000 plus customers by providing forward-thinking, customized solutions in grain merchandising, agronomy, energy, and animal nutrition.

Governance
As a cooperative, Heritage is governed by the farmers that own it. Our owners have elected 11 growers to serve on the Heritage Cooperative Board of Directors, representing four regions.
